Our clients, such as companies, institutions, or authorized administrators, act as the data controllers. They decide what data to collect, how long to keep it, and how it is used within their organization.

Chronexa does not sell, use, or access personal data for its own purposes.

Depending on the modules the client uses, our software may process:

  • Biometric verification data, where enabled by the client
  • Queue tokens, meal usage details, and order information

Chronexa processes this information automatically as part of delivering the service, but does not control what clients choose to collect.

Chronexa uses personal data strictly to:

Individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict their data depending on local laws. These requests must be made directly to the client organization, as they control the data. Chronexa will support the client in fulfilling such requests.

Chronexa may update this Privacy Policy when necessary. The updated version will reflect the latest practices for data protection and software operation.
